1. Introduction

our365 (the “App”) is an iPhone app for keeping a record of your family’s everyday life in photos. This policy explains how information is handled in the App. The App does not collect the information you record onto our (the provider’s) servers. As a rule, your data is stored only on your iPhone and in your own iCloud (your Apple account).

3. Information the App handles

The following information that you create and save in the App is stored onlyon your iPhone (and, depending on your settings, in your own iCloud). We do not view, collect, or transmit it.

  • Photos (images you take or select) and their adjustment data
  • The name, birthday, display order, and icon of each child or other subject you record
  • Notes, tags, and the date of each entry

4. Device permissions

The App requests the following permissions only when you use the feature that needs them. All are optional, and the rest of the App still works if you decline.

Camera
To take a photo on the spot and save it as a recordPhotos you take are saved on your device
Add to photo library
To also save photos taken in the App to your photo librarySaving only. We do not request read access to your entire library
Notifications
To show reminders and announcementsYou can change this at any time in settings
  • Selecting from your photo library uses the standard iOS picker (PHPicker), so only the photos you choose are passed to the App (no permission for your entire library is requested).
  • The App does not collect location data or contacts. It does not track you using the advertising identifier (IDFA), and it does not ask for tracking permission (ATT).

5. iCloud backup and sync

If you turn on iCloud backup and sync, the App’s data is stored in your iCloud (Apple’s CloudKit private database) and synced across your devices.

  • This storage is your own iCloud account, and we (the provider) cannot access its contents.
  • Data held in iCloud is handled in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
  • ZIP files created with the export feature are saved to the location you choose (for example, your iCloud Drive).

6. Payments

Family PRO is purchased through in-app purchase via Apple’s App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, and we never receive payment details such as credit card numbers. Your purchase status (unlock state) is kept on your device and in your Apple account.

7. Third parties, analytics, and advertising

  • The App does not include any third-party analytics tools or advertising SDKs.
  • We do not provide or sell your data to third parties.
  • Communication takes place only with Apple’s iCloud and App Store. Nothing is sent to any external server operated by us.

8. Retention and deletion

  • Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete children, photos, and drafts within the App.
  • If you delete (uninstall) the App, the data on your device is deleted. Data stored in iCloud can be managed and deleted by you from your iCloud settings.
  • Because we, as the provider, do not hold your data, there is no data we can provide in response to a request for disclosure or deletion (the data on your device and in iCloud is managed by you).

9. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a parent or guardian to record and keep photos of their family, including their children. As described above, the photos and names you record are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud, and are not collected by us. The App is not primarily intended to be used by children themselves.

10. International transfer of data

If you use iCloud, your data is stored on infrastructure operated by Apple. Where it is held and whether it is transferred are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and terms of service.

11. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in the law or the addition of features. If there is a significant change, we will update this page and, where necessary, let you know in the App. The date of the last update is shown on this page.

12. Contact

If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at contact@our365.day.
